One licence, one price
There is a single annual licence and no tiers to compare. What follows is the whole commercial arrangement, including what happens if you decide not to renew.

a year
£499 is the whole amount charged.

Charged today. Access opens immediately.
At renewal
The licence renews once a year unless you turn it off. We email you 21 days before, with the amount and the date. That email cannot be switched off.
If you do not renew
Every evidence pack you have exported stays downloadable for twelve months, and you can export everything at once before you go. Your org profile and participant list are kept for those twelve months too, so coming back within them is one click. Tracking of open actions stops and no action reminders are sent.
Refunds
Full refund on request within 30 days of purchase, whether or not you have run an exercise. Ask by email and you will get a plain answer and your money back. There is no retention offer and no exit interview.
What this is not
- Not a compliance guarantee. Drillroom produces a record of an exercise you ran. It cannot tell you how an assessor, insurer or regulator will read it, and it does not remove their judgement.
- Not a substitute for a threat-led penetration test, a technical assessment, or your incident response plan itself.
- Not a managed service. Nobody facilitates for you and nobody is on the end of a phone during your session.
- Not multi-participant in this version. One person operates it, with colleagues watching a shared screen, in a room or on a video call.
